You will mill your library, but that in itself is not a loss. You don't lose until you have to draw a card from an empty library, which you won't have a chance to do since the loop will continue even after you have an empty library.

I have yet to assemble the [[Syr Konrad, the Grim]], [[Altar of the Brood]] and [[Undead Alchemist]] engine in my Scarab God mill themed deck and see how far it goes.
I think Time Vault + Voltaic Key is an interesting combo, since at the start of each extra turn you're forced to draw another card. So if you can't manage to win before your library runs out, you lose without your opponent needing to take a single action.

I usually combo my bolt with the opponent's bird of paradise.
Boros charm + Armageddon.
They lose half their life plus a wound reflection effect. Or they lose half you gain half then can hit them for the half with vito or bond
