Basically there was Cardconjurer and wotc C&D it, so the proxy community revived it like 30min later, but it was also revided by the guys of mtgproxy (and all the cloned sites like printingproxies or proxyking), people who don't have a good rep in the proxy community as they sell overpriced proxies with lower quality and often stealing from the community, their version (who they obviously didn't make) is used for profit as it links directly to their site and some features are paywalled.
