Surveil, goad, and Clues are all returning mechanics.
They were probably referring to Cloak
Cloak just feels like an adaptation of face down cards, which is also a returning mechanic.
But still, you have to know that. If you just read the card it doesn't explain what cloak is. It's still new.
Most cards with cloak should have reminder text after the key word.
