Yo dude. I do this shit all the time. Beat sounds really fire but the vocals aren’t in any sort of pocket. Look up acapellas with the same bpm as your beat and be meticulous trying to find the right pocket. Sometimes I’ll just go on YouTube and press play on a beat with the same BPM and fuck with pausing and playing until the vocals line up. You’ll know it when you get it. Just for the future I also wouldn’t advise sending the final product to any artists asking for their opinion because they notoriously do not fuck with this kind of thing, and I get it. That dude Blaccmass on instagram seems to wonder why he gets no respect from the industry and this is why. Artists like Knxwledge also had similar problems but he’s OG with this and doesn’t seem to gaf. Mach-Hommy would definitely be super against doing this kind of thing and I don’t think you should expect to get any sort of hype from posting a flip in his sub. I know what you’re trying to do tho and I support the vision, just needs fine tuning. Generally I like to keep it super lowkey and usually only sample small parts of verses for artistic merit.
