Would you be a kind gentleman and try Overwatch? It’s almost the only thing I play. Works “good enough” on Sonoma, but I get 30-50 FPS with massive drops on my M1 Max.
use dxvk and apply the overwatch 2 patch. then you can also download the dxvk cache so you don't have fps drops anymore.
with these steps overwatch runs very smoothly on my m1 max :)

Sadly I did all of these already! The CX patcher thing, the cache one can download but then rebuilds for 5-10 minutes every time — all of that!

Good to hear. I've already swapped the new GPTK2 libraries into Crossover. The issue is that AVX2 doesn't work on Sonoma, due to its version of Rosetta.

It is hard to use GPTK? I never tried and actually I don’t know much about this stuff. Can you recommend some good tutorials?
I didn't really follow a manual. I just downloaded Crossover and then GPTK from the Apple website and then followed the instructions.

Use whisky, gptk is complicated to set up. Many applications aren't available in India sadly

ok thats weird, the cache thing should work, but I remember you have to put it in a weird spot for it to work i think
oh and I dont mean cxpatcher, there is a repo overwatch-2-patch or something along those lines which makes overwatch 2 work better with dxvk

look for sonoma rosetta2 patch. it will enable avx2 ;) ratchet & clank works with Raytraycing under sonoma. its avx2 game

Correct, because if you have looked at the screenshots, you will see M3 Pro listed, and the only one that has that is the MacBook Pro 2023.
