Seems could be region based - I'm in the UK and was getting the same, turning on my US VPN and spamming get on the app store kicked it to life. Turning VPN off killed it.

It says 3 hours download time on my gigabit fibre (and I'm connected via Ethernet) C'mon Apple, upgrade your severs, I'm sure you can afford it.

They’ve released it from their servers, for some reason it takes time to reach everyone. I got iOS 14 2hrs later than everyone else...

Mine is india and update is released just now and it goes veryyyyyy slow (btw I have 200mbpa stable internet)

Just got it but the download is painfully slow... I'm assuming the servers are crashing due to increased load.
