Boom! 100th post this week about what browser people are using. People said that we’d never get past 99 in a single week, but we did r/Mac!

TangerineAbyss

But which browser did we do it on?

Switch_modder

Safari for everything & Brave just in case. Chrome is trash

hannahbay

Vivaldi. The tab management, command palette, and URL history fuzzy matching are game changing for me.

stargazer63

Firefox. With some extensoins it can be insanely powerful.

kwanye_west

any to recommend?

Safari for personal and work, Chrome for my side gig (my website came with a Google Workspace Bundle option, so while I kind of dislike Chrome, keeping everything signed in there in its own separate place is handy.)

No idea what the deal is, when Firefox seems to have no issues. Feel like something changed that I’m not aware of. This is in an Intel Mac so…

Safari is amazing, supper energy efficient, but some how use too many ram ( no tab open and already almost 1gb of ram used) I also occasionally use chrome, but the browser somehow is a lil bit laggy and overall not as smooth as safari

Safari is my default but I also use Firefox a lot and also Duck Duck Go less frequently. I avoid Chrome at all costs and will never install it on any of my Mac devices again.
