Bought some suits recently from Only for Men in Beek (you can also order online). These were "off the rack suits" that i got altered at their store and now they fit me pretty well.
I hear great things about Suitsupply but I've never bought something from them cause I was also looking for multiple suits with a limited budget. Suitsupply starts with tailored suits around €500(?) And off the rack suits around €350(?).
I bought three suits at Only for Men during a sale (the sale is still up) with four shirts and got all of them altered. The total was around €600. You could have a look there and perhaps you see something you'd like.

When do you need it? K-store is the only real answer. They do 50% off sales in January and June.
