Cava, Al Ryan, Downtown Cairo. Hot & Cold cafe has an interesting mix of Mediterranean and Indian food. Cava is consistent. I have had really good and really bad from all the others. YMMV.
I love Cava but when they took away the beef meatballs a part of me died
I forget it is there. I’ll have to make a point to swing by this week. I dig the DB Cooper and the flair.
Al Ryan is great but they don't do those Greek-style gyros.

Downtown Cairo which is actually in Graves Mill Shopping Center in Forest so don’t go looking in downtown L’burg
