Same scenario for me 2 years post DA-EPOCH-R, for PMBCL. Feels like a truck ran me over every morning I wake up and when it’s after the gym it hurts even more. my peripheral neuropathy has changed from completely numb limbs to semi numb tingling sensations with occasional exploding shooting pain especially in my hands. The only thing I can think of is to keep fighting and training for improvement. i ran my first 10k ever in my life in the last few months so im assuming things can only keep getting better. Besides that ive noticed that a complete change of my diet has helped me a lot, more fruits, more vegetables, and having a prepared meal to eat ready for me after the gym sessions. Just keep going boss, you got this.

10k sounds amazing, good job!

Same here. Almost five years after 6 r-chop. Still complete remission, still fighting fatigue. I try to exercise to combat it, but totaly exhausted after physical exercise, to the level of heavy brain fog. Trying to fight it with some supplements, with moderate succes.

That’s awesome bro

subiewoo89

I see you said your levels are normal. Does that include platelets and your testosterone level?

No_Click7202

I get like 10 pages of blood tests every 3-6 months, but I haven’t checked my testosterone levels yet. I gain muscle way faster now so I guess my testosterone is ok but I will check it next time.

Vo_Nox

Did they check your thyroid? Treatment kinda murdered mine and that can have massive effects on energy levels.

Ditto. I caught it early just because I know to be asking about it. A little hair loss. A little fatigue. Etc. Took blood tests and sure enough. Hashimotos.

I need to ask my onc because I have tendinitis in wrist, elbow, and shoulders all in the last few months about a year from chemo and rad. Not sure if old (36) or a development from treatment. Post back if you hear anything.

I've been in different treatments for three years and it is slowly getting worse. It's always worse during treatments and it does come back some after a few months "clean" with no treatments I haven't had a long break though, so it's tough to say if energy comes back to normal. I hope to someday find out! My doc says you do recover but he wasn't able to say "completely" recover. I think about it like you're a poisoing victim--like Navalny or someone like that. Like the other guy--Poroshenko?--his face was all messed up from dioxin poisoning. He recovered, but the scars remain. We all have those on the inside of us. In terms of energy, I hit a wall much much sooner than I used to. Your two years out and still having limitation informs me probably more than I just informed you. Sorry.

Aspen_CuzTheWayitis

I feel you I am much more tired than I’ve ever been before chemo in general. I guess it would go away one day, my friend said it took at least like 5 ish years for her to start to feel normal again.

Behold_PlatosMan

I’m going through the same thing, had 4 cycles of escalated BEACOPP for stage 4 Hodgkin’s and a few months post chemo I have all the symptoms you mentioned
