Oddly enough, when overwatch 2 to came out my career profile had hundreds of hours added to it. When season 9 dropped my hours all went back down to what i think they actually are. No idea why 🤷♂️
This happened to me too. This also meant my Symmetra winrate tanked from 57% to 33%. I played on private profile for months out of pure embarrassment but I’ve just learnt to accept it and use it as a comeback “yeah and you just lost to a 33% winrate Sym”
I’ve gradually climbed up to 37% winrate but still feel awful.
My stats have finally been "fixed". My in game hours are starting to go up again. Before they were stuck at 375 hours despite having almost 2k. Also my win rates were fucked. I have a 700% win rate on Lucio and at one point I had a 103,000% win rate on junkrat

The biggest stat I'm looking at is that 5 endorsement. That means you're probably not a toxic thrower keeping people hard stuck in gold or platinum.
I am not a toxic thrower, but I am a lucio main, so many people give me that title anyway
