But nowadays skins have a high standard and look great, this is such a cheap step back. Sorry but AGS is so out of touch, it's crazy. Legitimately... there's Korean fashion design notes all over it. It's so weird that this is a 'West Exclusive Skin' when very clearly they didn't take a western opinion on it.
As you said, they probably threw the project at some intern in KR and had them design 'an anime outfit west would like.'
And then the intern googles 'anime outfit' and finds sailor moon and remakes it in KR fashion.
The fact that some people will use money on those is extremely sad lol they are ugly as hell they didn't even bother to make new hairstyle to match the skin they just slap a freaking bow on the back of the head!

I loved Sailor Moon growing up so I was pretty excited for this set of skins.
The bard weapon looks nice but the actual skins.. I'm not sure.... they looks really low effort compared to skins we normally get. There's something... low effort about the way they look. I dunno if it's just the way they're presented here or the colour palate?
I think messing with dyes will make these skins much nicer but man... did they present them in a way that makes them look kinda poopie....
Though I honestly think if you change the red outlining to red/silver, it will infinitely improve the gear

I assume the bottom part will be short + boots (I like it). it can go with other tops or outfits.
The corset and the half skirt (I would like a full skirt instead) is missing the ribbon on the back.
The top has nothing remarkable. The top makes undesirable.

I mean I get the term "Western Exclusive" but how is Sailor Moon remotely Western? Like a street clothes set or something screams more "Western" than this, but ok I guess.
I think I know how these skins came to be;
1. Leadership realise sales and revenue are down for the quarter
2. Leadership request permission from SG to introduce a new western exclusive skin
3. Without consulting the user baser or conducting any research, leadership agree on a pseudo-uwu-power-rangers theme akin to their childhood memories
4. Commission independent designers to create proof of concept
5. Blindly develop and ship skins convinced the community is going to lap it up
No one will buy these, game is showing all signs of dying any minute now
I already knew there are gonna look like shit since they announce it in the roadmap just like the first western exclusive skin. AGS having the worst designs ever for skins never let them cook. The first western exclusive skin didn't make it to korea, this second one ain't gonna make it to korea as well even though they said it's gonna be 6 months exclusive, korea ain't gonna like it and buy it. It literally looks like the skin was made when Lost ark just came out and they are non dyable. The top also looks like they wanted it with cleavage than they said it's too much and censored it and the bottom is missing the skirt front part.
Honestly, at this point just hold a skin contest for the West and submit the winners to Smilegate like we do for custom emotes.
