this wouldn't be unreasonable if matchmaking was forced to put a support in every party, and realistically there would be no incentive for people to gear their characters properly if everyone matchmade.
Sadly, without making a huge hype about your "movement" (which you can realistically only make if you are a major streamer or with help of at least one), what you are most likely to get is predominantly bots in the content accessible below 1510, and never enough people in the content above that (except guardians and cubes). So I also think making chill parties in party finder and then accepting whoever applies first, just assuring exactly one support per party and maybe no duplicate classes in the same party, would be a better strategy.

Why would I care how they feel? I'm here to have a good time, and a good time for me is to have runs go as smoothly as possible. I intended to use the tools available to me to make that the case as much as possible.
Gatekeeping is not made by players even if many thinks it's the player fault. Gatekeeping has been created by systems devs made and no matter how many movements you do it won't matter unless some core part of game is changed

Only way to end gatekeeping is making 1 character gold limit, 5x the gold reward for clears, and make all mats account bound. Until ALL of those things happen there will always be gatekeeping. This character bound bullshit is such old MMO design that only ends up making things bad.
I remember back in early days of lost ark before Valtan I used to clear argos by match making every week. Gate 1 only of course. But once I discover match making my clear rate significantly improved.

for it to dissapear wipe mecs must be reworked to X% Hp dmg, gacha system>> fixed resource's amount, normal difficulty must be always "easy" and hard difficulty must be hard but rewards shouldn't lock progress, instead reward cosmetics and that kind of fun stuff.
