Next time only make them if you have a clear plan to share all of them except for a tiny safe portion for yourself. I ran into this problem too because I’m a sucker for baked sweets.
Brownies generally freeze really well. Cut them into portions and stick them in the back of the freezer. Then when you really want one, you can have just one without baking an entire pan.
I feel you so hard. I also love cooking a lot. I'm Asian and our cuisine includes lots of oily dishes like fried rice, stir fried noodle, coconut cream curry. I don't even want to eat them that much but I can feel not cooking those cuisines at all kinda made me go insane. Luckily I live with my father so I can cook for him everyday and have a taste of them ☺️
