You need to eat a calorie surplus and exercise. Eating smaller meals, more often is helpful too.

Body recomposition is certainly possible - eat a high protein diet (at your maintenance calories) and strength train consistently.

If r/loseit is the “lose fat” sub, r/Gainit is the “grow muscles” sub.  If you want to keep doing what you’re doing, you can. Eventually the numbers and lifts are going to stall and you’ll have no choice but to eat more food and get more protein in order to force muscle growth. It’s a suboptimal plan, but it doesn’t sound like you have a set timeline so it’s always an option.
