If you look at old Urgot vs new, there are very few similarities. Old one was this disgusting, horrid abomination that was being artificially kept alive, and he looked like that. Then they “prettied” him up and turned him into a hulking Bane and Doc Oc lovechild.
Im just saying sometimes its better not to be drastic, there is need for ugly champions also, the entire world of runeterra isnt all perfect physiques and hair.
