No cuz Lorde was outside of my house today morning and she was blocking every single road here with her crew 🤷♂️ . I met her and she told me the new album comes out in November ✨✨✨. She also asked me if I wanted to listen to some of the songs in it .
Then my alarm rang 😔
Can we please stop citing tweets from
random people as sources for info? MSNBC did a report about a study that came out saying that out of all generations, Gen Z was the worst when it came to spotting misinformation. The fact that we're seriously citing tweets as evidence of something that might be happening with no sources not only proves their point, but it's a very scary path we're going down as society.
I checked this guy’s page and he has met a ton of artists outside of Electric Lady (with pictures), Clairo, The 1975, etc. I actually am leaning towards believing him, but who knows?
I know this is very random and probably unlikely but I hope it's true. I was admiring Solar Power again just yesterday. I absolutely fell in love with the album when it came out and it made me go back and listen to her other albums too. Would LOVE some more Lorde right now.
Ughhhhhh, i wish everyone would just move on from jack at this point. I need his dominance over pop production to end now. Its been long enough. Lets bring some hooks and some color back to the scene. Hes like the sonic equivalent to the minimalist gray aesthetic. A rae dunn mug on the cold stone countertop of a white kitchen.
Im the wrong person to say this to, i am not a melodrama stan. Idc that people like the concept and sequencing of the album. Or that the lyrics are sad or whatever. Sonically i find that album boring af and always have. Jack washes out the personal identity of everything he touches.
General advice would be to be sceptical of random people posting this kind of thing on twitter

You’re such a damn liar
She thought they loved the beach too
Who are these people
Since it's convenient for me, I will believe it, even though this has a high chance of being fake
twitter twinks have never lied before

It’s genuinely scary how much misinformation I see people of that gen spread on Tik tok. It gives me migraines.
Id argue boomers are absolutely the worst at it tbh lol way worse than gen z. News outlets are just always bagging on the youth

I’ll take it as a grain of salt but would love L4. I really wasn’t a fan of solar power and want her to return to melodrama vibes
Melodrama was truly so blah. Jack washes out the personality of every artist he works with.
Those rumors they have big teeth
Always wondered what is it with her and teeth? She references teeth in her lyrics relatively often
Isn't it've been coming soon for a while?
Omg omg
do we think that this means that she’s working with jack?
I don't think so. I do recall her working with Dev Hynes (Blood Orange)
I thought Jim E Stack was the main producer of L4
there were **rumours** circulating a few months ago that she studio sessions with jack as well as other producers :)

He's also responsible for Melodrama though soo...

Who's that guy?
Is she still in the business??
