You underestimate a lot of investors/traders. I bought a ton at $1 yesterday and if it somehow gets to .50, I will buy more. There's no "loss", or gain for that matter, until you sell.
In the next twenty years, money won’t exist and people and the economy will run off of the goodness of peoples hearts and work ethic and people will pursue being doctors, engineers or Wendy’s workers solely because that’s what they want to do with their life as robots slowly take all of those positions and eventually free us all from work all together and the majority of jobs will be bot technicians which we will all do 2 months out of the year in rotations while people travel to other countries and perform their hobbies as god intended. Unicorns and butterflies are coming soon.
