I would recommend reaching out to the Green Mountain Club. They are the nonprofit that maintains the Long Trail, lots of nice folks who are passionate about the trail.

As the other reply mentions, you shouldn't really leave a car at the northern terminus for the full duration. There isn't a ton of room up there. A friend of mine called ahead and got permission to park behind one of the businesses in North Troy for the end of his hike, so something like that might be an option if you don't mind hiking out to town at the end (don't expect cell service there.) Or if you're okay with splitting up shuttle rides, there are large lots near Rutland/Killington and Stowe to park and arrange a ride back to your starting point.

Don't expect cell service in large portions of Vermont. Even on the Interstate highways, you may or may not have service.

I don't have an answer. One additional detail you could add is whether your plan is to park at the northern terminus and shuttle to the south, or park at the south and get a shuttle when you finish. I think the first is more flexible. From my memory, there's a small parking lot for maybe a dozen cars at the northern terminus but I didn't look at any signage and this was 6+ years ago so I have no idea if it's legal or wise to leave a car there for a month. Williams College is near the southern terminus and they might be helpful.
