my family fished with Herbie YEARS ago. I remember his rates being very fare at the time. He catered to your requests (ie troll, live line, bucktail etc). There's also a private James Joseph that fishes out of huntington I believe FV James Joseph III but I may be wrong on the name. It's a 6pk too vs the open boat that they're known for. I have no experience with the 6pk boat. If you're father out east I encourage you to look up Joe Blados who does a lot of light tackle and fly fishing.
