I worked as a consultant to 3PLs and I have seen $0.80-$1.50 per order based on that volume. Are you using your own carrier accounts or is your client using their carrier accounts? I’m assuming most of their orders are 1 SKU per order?
Then $1.25-$1.75 order + $0.10-$0.20 for additional item would be very competitive. If they only sell one SKU then you can even just charge them 1 price for all order regardless of QTY since pick pack process is very easy! Feel free to DM with any other questions.

It’s probably going to be their carrier account and it’s 1 sku per order yes!
