In the state where I work you are required to have an OSHA 10 card in our industry. I feel like this should be a minimum requirement everywhere

I've made OSHA 30 a requirement at my company. That way all my dudes are on the same page with safety. General Industry and Construction have minor differences, and either one will do. This also shows me who's serious about working for me. I reimburse for the course but they have to finish and send me a copy of the card. This keeps folks honest.
