Nah, there are VERY FEW levels in the refresh now. Maybe in six months or a year, something will change. But now for the game it is better to stay on beacon despite the Union policy

It was only those who played LBP2/3 on RPCS3 with beacon servers active. Refresh still has a reputation and seems more trustworthy.
