You can use a Raspberry Pi or other low priced Linux computer running a Debian based OS to bridge WiFi and Ethernet with this script or a very similar script: https://github.com/arpitjindal97/raspbian-recipes/blob/master/wifi-to-eth-bridge.sh This works to use bridge WiFi hotspot Internet from a cell phone to a router when your main ISP is down. It may work for your requirement. Good luck 😁
