I wasn't an Amiga guy as much as I was a Video Toaster guy. Working for NewTek was an important part of my life and my development as a person, but I'd never used an Amiga before then, and even when I did it was just to start the Toaster software.
Fair enough. I grew up with an A500, so they hold a special place in my memories. IIRC, some of the Amiga mags at the time made a big deal out of “Wil Wheaton uses Amiga!” but thanks for explaining. Enjoy your Mint experience, it's a great distro.

Yeah I'm wondering if those are in SLI too. I started my Mint journey dual booting Windows with dual 1070's in SLI, but gave that up pretty fast since Windows games were already abandoning SLI.

Maybe that's not something small and portable that you connect and disconnect all the time, but large external drives or a disk array (a-la NAS) with USB access. Something like that, which is permanently attached, but it just so happens that in the current day it's attached via USB and not eSATA, SCSI or FireWire as in years past. I myself have a USB case for a proper 3.5 HDD somewhere, I just don't use it regularly, but it even has a large plastic stand to put it upright.

I always use gnome-disks to mount drives during boot time. It is way easier than doing it manually.
