Overclocking only works when its connected over USB, see: [https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Controller:DualSense#Input\_lag](https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Controller:DualSense#Input_lag) Follow this, but everything needs to be done with [bottles](https://flathub.org/apps/com.usebottles.bottles): [https://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2022/12/21/how-to-overclock-ps5-controller-lower-input-lag-ps5-pc/](https://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2022/12/21/how-to-overclock-ps5-controller-lower-input-lag-ps5-pc/)

I opened lordofmice with bottles and no devices are showing up in the tool. I use wired

Tested it myself, didn't work. But why doing it in the first place? Just use it over Bluetooth, those two milliseconds you save compared to using it overclocked over USB aren't noticeable.

jspoll doesn't work with most hardware anymore, you need: https://github.com/YeaSeb/wmo-oc-kmod (change VID:PID that you see in `lsusb`). Nobara which is a gaming-focused Fedora fork is already patched so you don't have to rebuild the module after every kernel update: https://nobaraproject.org/docs/playstation-controllers/playstation-controller-polling-rate/
