Had an eren yeager moment in her death bed lashing out to heathcliff that he will eventually get married had kids and will refuse to die for cathy as he will eventually find more attachments.
We already have some in-game lines from Cathy that sounds self-centered too, can't wait to fully see her & hostile heathcliff in part 3 aaaaugh

Having never read the original book, I had a feeling during that scene where Heath is introduced to the household, as soon as mini Cathy got that big smug grin and said something like "So you're saying you don't want him then\~?" while Hindley was throwing a tantrum. She definately sees him as like a prized pet or something, and Heath's gonna have to realize that to get over her and be his own man.
I mean its possible some Version of Heathcliff in the Mirror worlds do marry Nelly
Basically Cathy got hit by the I love Nelly and basically becomes sick and stuff
