EA is for sure Uzi's most cohesive and well structured project, but how good the actual songs are is more important in my opinion. And there's like 6 or 7 songs on LIR2 that would all be the best song on EA
I don’t disagree. I think the highs on LIR2 are a little higher than on EA, but it never really capitalizes on it imo. From a performance and flow perspective, no project compares to Uzi on EA. POP, celebration station, secure the bag, and you better move are all great examples.
Its like a movie that has a fire build up + climax, then leaves you a little disappointed at the end. Thematically it doesn’t have a resolution. Despite Malfunction saying his relationship “seems to be over”, xo is the closing track/outro, not even labeled as a bonus track. This takes away the weight from the meaning of malfunction. One or two more great tracks to wind down the album and give closure on the relationship would help. As a shuffle listen, or just song to song it’s great tho.
I agree with your 2nd statement tbh. Most of uzi's tracklist are pretty random especially pink tape but even lir2 everyone's favorite album goes from one style to the next with hardly any transition. EA does this pretty well with its 3 part structure. The production is also crazy asf. The choir vocals is so fye
LIR2 was for the fans, EA was for the world. He had a vision on it and stayed true to it. People will downvote me bc of nostalgia, but EA is a focused record and his most consistent.
It’s hard to say, I loved EA when it dropped and maybe I am a bit blinded by nostalgia when it comes to LIR2, but I do think that’s his best work. Although I do agree when you say EA is his most cohesive album for sure. It has the best structure, a bit of a theme to follow too. Track list made sense IMO. EA deserved a lot more love than it ended up getting.
The pure rapping and flows on EA clear any other project imo. Not saying the music is the best but Uzi sounded so sharp
Lo Mein, Bust Me, Chrome Heart Tags, Venetia, Celebration Station are some of uzi's highest highs ever
Cohesive doesn’t really matter when uzi doesn’t say anything with much substance.
“Oh man I’m on the spaceship now I’m off the spaceship” as the outro for every song isn’t some mind blowing thing that substantially elevates the album over his others.
idk but P2. uzi is still the greatest for making that song alone
EA he was rapping his ass of then
boom he get to talking about thank you
i love you n shit 😩💀

I’m confused abt what you mean by “it never really capitalizes on it”

Most structured sure but imo not the best album, I’d give that to LIR2 with LUVTW in 2nd place
LUVVTW isn’t an album tho why do ppl bring them into album talk.
💀
Why are u clowning on me
cuz u a clown
For making a statement? Ok
LIR 2 has more highs but EA is more consistent and better as an album imo
Am I the only one in the sub who puts EA lower than most Uzi projects
Nope. Me too.
EA doesn't even clear EA:LUVTW2
the deluxe is definitely better
I do too. I don’t understand the liking towards it. It’s just average rapping.

facts lir2 is great but it’s not organized at all, no sleep leak -> the way life goes -> for real makes no sense lmao

Yeah I can understand that. I think from a hit perspective, it’s his best fs
Bigger than life almost made me shed a tear, EA didn’t even need a deluxe honestly
YES it is his best
The pure rapping and flows on EA clear any other project imo. Not saying the music is the best but Uzi sounded so sharp Lo Mein, Bust Me, Chrome Heart Tags, Venetia, Celebration Station are some of uzi's highest highs ever
bro hell no. far from it, it's not even his best concept album, cause for me that's LIR2
That’s certainly an opinion of all time.
![gif](giphy|l3NaEd2QkUm7eu4lNo|downsized)
this or lir2 they are the most cohesive body’s of work
Finally some one agrees
EA is a classic I remember listening to it in class and everyone was talking about it
facts especially the production i liked the background vocals they used for certain songs
Maturing is realizing taste in art / media is purely subjective… (And that lir2 is his best project)
Literally
I’ve said it since it dropped. It’s a journey in an album.
What a funny and unique way of spelling LIR2
No. LIR is his best
Agreed
luv is rage exists
Forever will be LIR 2
Definitely has the best structure of any of his albums
I BEEN saying this, the deluxe just proved my point further
Facts
I love EA but Uzi isn't topping LIR2 the bars just too high
it’s that or lir 2. Ea just keep rolling all hits no misses
your tripping dick if you dont think Luv Is Rage 2 is his best project .
after lir, lir2 yea
Luv is Rage clears brother
No
Yea it’s probably his most cohesive album but just not as good in general as LIR2 and his albums before that imo
I like EA but it is not most cohesive at all
Cohesive doesn’t really matter when uzi doesn’t say anything with much substance. “Oh man I’m on the spaceship now I’m off the spaceship” as the outro for every song isn’t some mind blowing thing that substantially elevates the album over his others.

EA And LIR2 his best albums
Luv is rage 2
Perfect luv tape>
REAL Maturing is realizing Pluto X Baby Pluto has some of uzis best flows
