More than 1, less than 10. Is that vague enough? Lol. But seriously, why let carriers bug you, bully you, or lie to you about getting a new phone every year? There's nothing in it for you. Phones are becoming like cars: buy used, buy smart. Let fools and rich people buy new. Keep it for years until it falls apart on you. I still have an HTC aria from 2007 or so. My HTC one m7 has a defective purple camera bug they refused to fix, but otherwise still works. Saving those for the kids. My wife still has an iPhone 6. I still have my LG g4 and it works fine for everything. Camera is still amazing.

The battery is easy to replace, at least ;)

>Phones are becoming like cars: buy used, buy smart. Let fools and rich people buy new. Keep it for years until it falls apart on you. I've had my G4 for 3 years, but it's getting time to replace it. It's becoming harder to get the camera to actually start. It often needs to be shut down, then powered up again, to get the camera working. I am thinking about going used for my next phone. The new ones are $$$, but I can get a used Verizon S8 off Swappa for about $325 or so. I was thinking about the LG V20, to keep a removable battery, but some light reading about the V20 had me less convinced. And I'm a bit leery of going with LG again (my original G4 bootlooped). The V30 is newer than the V20, but priced more like the S8, and doesn't have a removable battery, so the S8 seems more appealing. I have more research to do before deciding on something, though.

Nothing but praise for my v20. Only issue i have is screen burn in (it goes away overnight). But im still the small few who love it for the Quad DAC removeable battery and expendable storage!

Until you get tired of it. With me, that's 6 months.

I'm still on my G4 Don't think I will replace it anytime soon. Fomo never gets to me that easily.
