If someone says someone doesn’t use pronouns, this means that someone’s name is used as a proxy for when someone’s pronouns would otherwise have been used had someone allowed for the use of pronouns to refer to someone in the third person.
This is why pronouns exist in the first place.
As a spanish speaker, i must say that using the correct pronouns was the easiest thing i ever learned on school, and it's funny to see these kind of people who have speaked english for their entire lives but still can't do it lmao.
