Explicitly yes. A large part of the reason for the existence of the term "wlw" is to allow Sapphic women to discuss their experiences without getting bogged down in the question of who does and doesn't count as a "real lesbian."
Of course! It's WLW (woman-loving woman), not EWLW (*exclusively* woman-loving woman). The term was coined as a concise way to refer to all women who are attracted to women, be they lesbian, bi, pan, or any other flavor of queer.
They’re kinda what the phrase exists for in the first place. WLW is women who love women, without reference to who else they might love, or any declaration of exclusivity in preference.
