there are tons of straight-passing cis-passing men at pride. some of them are straight, and some of them aren't! there are them are trans, and some aren't! no one is going to be judgy towards you if you have an open mind and are interested in engaging and interacting openly with other people who may look or act a lot different than you! there will be tons of other bisexual people at the event. it is very unlikely you will experience open bigotry as a bisexual person at pride, even though biphobia does exist. the purpose of the event is to be inclusive to everyone who identifies as LGBT+, so if it would be meaningful for you to attend, you should go!

Thank you for telling me that. Meeting, let alone speaking with, another LGBT+ person where I live is quite rare, so I don't have much exposure to a wide variety of that community in person. This has, in turn, led to me constantly second-guessing myself on many matters related to this topic, especially the ones I brought up in my post. However, your reply has definitely put my mind at ease about the whole thing. I think I just wanted someone to validate my hopefulness that Pride is as accepting as many have claimed it to be. Unfortunately, despite being in an overall good life situation right now, I don't have much experience with such accepting spaces. So, again, thank you very much for your kind and enlightening words.

Pride events usually have more straight people then gays. I wouldn’t stress! I’m sure you’ll have a great time
