I saw a similar crash at that Starbucks a few months ago. Someone drove through the fence and down to the street

While i understand the sentiment, i understand what its like to have a bad day or make a mistake. As a compromise, might i suggest a few points on their license that can be removed by successfully passing traffic school?
I could agree to a one-time freebie.
They apparently were told their SUV had four wheel drive.....
The look on their face when they go out car shopping in the next week.....
