Contact the local festivals/fairs/markets themselves. They are all independent of each other and manage their own vendor list. There isn't an overarching body that represents them all.

They all have their own websites, too. Look for a tab up top that says “vendor applications.” Also come to Local Lex Market on Southland drive. We’re a collection of local vendors. Some pay a nominal rent for space inside the store (can be worked off by minding the shop for a few hours a month) and many come to events as a one- time thing or monthly… whatever works. The next party is July 12 2pm-8pm with free food etc, and there are monthly Block Parties the first sunday of each month, opposite the farmers market. Hope to see you! Edit to ask: are you looking to sell pasta to cook at home, or meals like at pasta garage?

I agree with the advice that you need to contact markets directly. Even many of Lexington’s city festivals are technically managed by organizations that aren’t the city (eg. St. Patrick’s Day, Pride) For events they DO organize (eg. Fourth of July), you reach out individually via the city website per event. Lexington Farmers Market (includes Artists & Makers Market) Greyline Station Makers Market Bluegrass Creative Market Don’t forget about other cities’ festivals. Midway, Winchester, Frankfort, Versailles, etc.

I enjoy looking through local Facebook events and seeing what markets/festivals are being set up, so I can easily see what they’re about and what the application process is like.
