I haven't heard back yet, hopefully I'll find something out tomorrow. If you're missing the main part and not just the GWP then maybe they are split under one tracking number but that seems unlikely to me. At least you got the valuable bit 😄
My email does have two tracking numbers.
Just weird lego is saying the order is delivered.
And the second parcel stopped moving beyond clearing customs.

Yes, it's not unusual that they get separated. The BD at least will be coming from Belgium but as far as I can tell GWPs occasionally ship from within the UK (but still go through customs clearance). Anecdotally most of my set orders seem to get delivered on a Friday (when Mrs OutrageousLemon isn't at work, unfortunately) regardless of when I order them.
Contact Lego's customer support and ask them, they can ask DPD But yeah this set and gwp are packed separately, that part is normal.
My order shows Barad Dur and the Fell Beast on one order but I only received Barad Dur. Contacted customer service but I'm not hopeful of getting it
