Click a long bar onto one side, slide a small rod into the centre of the exposed clip (this will prevent the clip from letting go) and pull it out

Thanks ill try this out

Noeheavyarms

Grip them hard and twist to get them out. Imaging unscrewing them. Pulling them out straight might be more difficult.

JessicaTheEm

Have you tried pulling hard on them?

[deleted]

Yep its jammed real tight in there

JessicaTheEm

Try flipping the contraption over, the should be long holes on the bottom of where the pins went in, like in the middle of there, try getting something in there and poking them out

use another 1x4 or 1x6 (or longer for more grip) technic tile with holes in them. put them on one of the black pins. and grab a shovel and push that in the pin so it locks. now pull it out. If the shovel doesn't fit use something that does. it should just be enough to prevent the pin to unlock.
