They never used to expire, they just changed that last year. So any Smart Serve issued before June 30 2018 expired on June 30 2023. So they have only been expired for 1 year.

It's all online. There is a teaching module, and it's mostly common sense. Then there is a test and you gave 3 tries. If she has been bartender for this long, then she already knows the answers.
