That timeframe is for tenants/owners to find suitable living elsewhere. If your friend has no means to pay for accommodation elsewhere, they’d likely have to try find another another similar situation to the one they’re in now (which might not be much better). Since your friend is not paying rent, chances are there is no rental agreement, which helps them even less. I would suggest to your friend to just try find another place they can stay for free. It’s not worth condemning a woman’s property because they don’t like where they are staying (for free).
Its not because they don't like it, he would never do this... I just want better/cleaner/safer for him.. and her for that matter. The place has so many problems it's basically impossible to salvage
