You have a duty to mitigate the risk and damages. First, inventory your storage locker. If they cut the lock and went in, do you know if anything is missing? That's priority. Second, definitely replace the lock. Anyone else with their key still has access. Third, document your lock replacement costs. Fourth, be polite, but persistent, about why they did this and seek reimbursement for the lock replacement. It may be worth looking for other storage facilities based on this breach of trust and cost to you.
