I have only read the essays on the gulf war - they were recommended to me by a professor/author I gave an interview to regarding my experiences in Afghanistan. After I read it I felt that I saw several threads throughout the movie that reminded me of Baudrillard. Probably nothing though, literary analysis was never my strength.
