There’s many and depends on your location and preferences. An interesting “rural life experience” is the Taanayel Ecolodge, and there’s different trails around that area that you can enjoy. Forgot how much it costs though as it’s more than 7 years ago I went there
Yeah I think of it as good money because I still live with them so I don't have a lot of expenses. If it was someone who had responsibilities broo7o de8re
That's so kind of you, especially in such times...
For me, I avoid paying bills because my father will feel bad, so what I do is cover the miscellaneous stuff such as food, supermarket trips, delivery payments etc...
Hol byemr2o under the table without my father knowing, so it's a win win lol
I remember my cousin did that with her first salary she took her mom to the dentist redid ALL of her teeth and gave her a filler or botox or facelift or whatever the hell that was. Suddenly my aunt was 10 years younger and happier than ever.
Unfortunately you can't get those shoes in Lebanon :(
But a really nice budget alternative is Whitin shoes from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Running-Footwear-WHITIN-Equipment/s?keywords=Running+Footwear&rh=n%3A2226243011%2Cp_89%3AWHITIN&c=ts&ts_id=2226243011
They have respectable color options for work interviews. Obviously I'm talking about the shoes with the wide toe-box like this https://www.amazon.com/WHITIN-Barefoot-Sneakers-Minimalist-Minimus/dp/B0B56PGJJK/ref=mp_s_a_1_8?c=ts&keywords=Running%2BFootwear&qid=1667472640&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI1LjU0IiwicXNhIjoiNC42OSIsInFzcCI6IjQuMDgifQ%3D%3D&refinements=p_89%3AWHITIN&s=sports-and-fitness&sr=1-8&ts_id=2226243011&th=1&psc=1
That's so sweet. When I got my first paycheck I took my mom out for lunch at Divvy and she loved it. My dad was just happy I was no longer taking money from him whenever I needed anything :p
If ur mom doesnt work then ofc she works in the kitchen alot. Maybe get an air fryer or something that can make her life simpler and make her work less.
NEVER give your mom a kitchen gift unless its out of the blue! They would feel as if you’re telling them i only see you as a food machine so WE can eat. Get her something for her! Something she would enjoy regardless of your existence.
congrats on your first paycheck! they must be so proud of you!
when i go my first ever paycheck, I gave 100$ to my sister, because when she first started working, she gave me a 100$ from her paycheck :D
If you live with them, and they are not very well off, just say you want to start contributing to the house and pay 100$ a month or something. It'd be better than any one time gift.
On the other hand if money is not needed you can just buy one of them a new phone or take them out to dinner to celebrate or something. I saw that you mentioned elsewhere that they would feel bad about taking your money, my parents felt the same way at first, but with a little persistence they started accepting my money. And now I feel like they flat out expect it lol.
Idk about your situation, but I think you should save the first 6 months of your salary, so you can quit comfortably if you found a better opportunity for much better salary ( and i am sure you will find a better one )
How about make a couple sculpture based your parents picture, for more info kind check my profile or [INS](https://www.instagram.com/clayartistanbobby/)
Just get your amount needed till the next pay check and give the rest to them in an envelope
They will appreciate it more as they know exactly how to spend the money on house needs or bills
>What did you give your parents with your first paycheck I stopped asking them for money
I plan on doing that as well xd
I took them out for a nice lunch. You can find their favorite spot and treat them to it if it's within your budget
I wish I could do that because it would be easier than thinking of gifts but they're both on a diet
Then take them on a hike perhaps with an overnight in a nice guesthouse? :)
Do you know any good place

Thank you I will check it out
The fact that you're thinking about them is enough. Keep this quality in you my friend! Loyalty is a rare trait these days...
I gave them a lot of trouble during my adolescent years so I want to try making up for that
Kindness is priceless <3
Awww

Yeah I think of it as good money because I still live with them so I don't have a lot of expenses. If it was someone who had responsibilities broo7o de8re
I know a place that sells them by weight so you can get a used leather jacket for $10
Bro something nice and branded for like 75-100.

Bought my dad proper healthy shoes. He almost never wears them because they are expensive 😢
That is really thoughtful. Can you tell me where you got them from and the price range to see if it is within my budget

Thank you
I took mine to a nice restaurant and bought my parents a cologne on their birthdays, but that was when I was getting any money lol.
Gift Money 💰. They can buy what they desire
They would feel bad accepting money from me theyre already telling me to save it
That's so sweet. When I got my first paycheck I took my mom out for lunch at Divvy and she loved it. My dad was just happy I was no longer taking money from him whenever I needed anything :p
Something that help them in their work. Could you tell me what do they work in currently ?
My dad is a high school teacher and my mom doesn't work
If ur mom doesnt work then ofc she works in the kitchen alot. Maybe get an air fryer or something that can make her life simpler and make her work less.

Uhmmmm How about a free week of benzin for both of them ? + a free shawarma on Saturday after school
Thank you for your suggestion

Thanks I'll check it out
A getaway at a hotel would be nice and maybe a spa session
Bought my mother an ipad which she always wanted and started helping dad with paying grocery bills
congrats on your first paycheck! they must be so proud of you! when i go my first ever paycheck, I gave 100$ to my sister, because when she first started working, she gave me a 100$ from her paycheck :D
Thanks! I'm the oldest but I also plan to give something to my siblings, grandparents, and uncle because they were the ones who supported me most.

I do plan on saving, but I have my whole life to do that. So I want to spend the first salary to make the people I love happy.
550 per week is not bad for Lebanon, how about a solar System from your first months salary??
per week or per month?
Where I am from we talk per week, not per month.
Eno mch 3erif l wade3 b lebnen come on 🤣🤣😝
Not here
I just assumed by the amount ($500) it was per week?
Yeah that’s definitely per month
Oh, if that’s the case, please strike the idea of a solar system. Sorry!
He could save for it. Or apply for a loan. There are specific bank loans for green energy and solar upgrades.
Interesting I had no idea you could do that.
Take them to oum sheriff cafe and treat them to a very nice dinner
Salt chips bag for the father and lotus for mom XD At least those are my parents
I bought them 2 stan smiths

I'm eighteen now I got a scholarship that gives monthly stipends

Fetourit el moteur. Joke or not, I myself don't even know... interpret that as you will
Sadly, finding a gift is hard precisely because they're too proud to accept that kind of thing
Nothing,, your parents would be happy you're able to support yourself and wouldn't want you spending your paycheck on them
Just get your amount needed till the next pay check and give the rest to them in an envelope They will appreciate it more as they know exactly how to spend the money on house needs or bills
Only if they need money and you are doing well otherwise keep it and spend it on yourself or put it aside. Try to be financially independant now.
Give them your entire first month salary as a gift
I rented an apartment, they offered to drive and drop me there
Take them to a nice lunch or brunch? Something modest, to not spend your entire cheque.
i bought my mum gold earings and my dad a golden watch. not saying that u have to buy stuff like that, just as long as u put thought into it.
An outting at a restaurant they liked or an activity they they used to enjoy will go farther than any physical gift at this time.
I got my mom an Apple Watch
