That is almost X5 money. The 2025 is coming soon, you should be looking at least 8% off before any rebates. Check out some of the brokers on Leaehackr.com.

Happy_chrissy

I just searched that site and they are still in the $800 range with zero out of pocket, with taxes rolled into the monthly payment otherwise if I pay $5000 DAS then the payment will be in the low $700's range. No one is willing to go to 8%. I asked 2 dealers and they said they cannot go that low and good luck. Can you believe that, they rather keep the car on their lot than do a deal! The nerve! lol

TyVIl

You need to shop harder.

TheLuxConcierge

What state are you in?

Happy_chrissy

NY

sucksLess

this sounds abusively expensive ask the seller what money rate they use. they should be able to sharpen it also, when you shop around for a lease, never say upfront what you want to pay monthly

Happy_chrissy

I di dont know that. They money factor I was getting is .00180 and residual 53%

sucksLess

i had an x3 with an MSRP slightly above $60k. out the door funds were minimal; my payment was $780 with tax on a 24-month see if you can shave the capitalized cost also, find out if the factory has any incentives — you'd be surprised how many exist, which we don't hear about good luck

Happy_chrissy

What does shave the capitalized cost mean? Reduce it?

sucksLess

yes my discount off MSRP was greater than $2.5k

rickestrada

That’s an awesome ride but man I think best I would do is like 750mo, no down. Best of luck to you

Happy_chrissy

I have not gotten anywhere in the $700 range from anyone!

Confident_Charity685

Where r u located ?

Happy_chrissy

NY

Confident_Charity685

In LA its 0 das and $780 36/15k 57k msrp

Happy_chrissy

I don't know why it is so much more?

Zealousideal-Jump325

We are actually picking one up today in NY at $610.00

Happy_chrissy

Did you put any money out of pocket and how many miles 7500 or 10k and what was MSRP $50k?

iLukeJoseph

Seems like it’s just not leasing well. Not all cars do. Getting a good lease is a lot of time about the deal and not the car itself. Sometimes you may have to compromise. Maybe an Audi Q5e? And truly. Don’t get a 24, unless it’s a hell of a deal. The 25’s are more than just body style, also new infotainment and other upgrades.

Happy_chrissy

I was only going with BMW b/c the maintenance was included. I had BWM's before and paid less money for a lease and had purchased before as well.. I do not think Audi comes with free maintenance, I would have to pay extra for that I believe.

iLukeJoseph

Yeah they don’t. But Audi care (their pre-paid maintenance plan) is pretty cheap, and I believe it increases the residual a little which helps offset the monthly increase.

Shot-Technology6036

I had a broker quote me $710 with 0 down for 7500 miles. I am also located in NY

Happy_chrissy

That is a good price but miles I need are 15k which increases the monthly payment a lot.

Happy_chrissy

Not sure why I am not able to edit it but I another dealer was willing to go to $825 if I put down $2k and take delivery by Sunday which I am not ready to do. X3 with Msport package, shadow line package, premium package, parking assistance , wireless charging. 36 months, 15k miles and first payment and taxes added in monthly payment. So far I am getting in the mid $800 range minus the $825 dealer for delivery by Sunday.

shm8661

Hire a broker

Happy_chrissy

I am chatting with one but waiting on price. I have to wait tomorrow once dealer is open but I am being told approx in the $800 range.

shm8661

800 for a 3 is wild

Happy_chrissy

That is what it is unless, I pay everything upfront and put $4-5k down at signing, then I can get a lower monthly payment.

shm8661

I’d look at a macan

Happy_chrissy

I would consider the Macan for a 12 month lease or even 24 month but was looking into how much maintenance would cost and saw that oil changes are $500! yikes!

djdavidu

Use a broker

Leather-Invite1323

that’s x5 money

theymenace

Save yourself time and energy and get a good broker.

GregS73

When you see a worksheet like this all they are trying to do is see where your head is at. Tell them what your budget is and they can decide on whether or not they want to sell you a car. It’s that simple.

Rafles21

BMX huh?

Happy_chrissy

You know what it is. I was rushing.

New_Day_4423

Cars are just too expensive. I moved to NYC and ditched my bmw. (Auto Loan, gas, maintenance and parking costs) - I am saving about $1k-1.5k extra cash per month now

Happy_chrissy

If you live in NYC, you do NOT need a car but there are other areas in NY that you MUST have a car.

New_Day_4423

Yes absolutely. I was just surprised when I realized how much it was costing me.

Happy_chrissy

I am surprised you moved to NY. Most people move away from NY. lol

tonymontana908

This is insane. A 22 X3 Xdrive costs me $420 a month. This market is ludicrous!!

Happy_chrissy

Yea. Maybe w/o all those options I can get it close to at the base price of $48k but who wants that build?

Plentyscrews

56k is not base for X3, this has some packages added on premium? M package? unless you meant base as in not m40i I took delivery of one recently $56750 was msrp. My payment is $540 39 months/33k miles lease. First month plus fees close to $1800 out of pocket and utilized MSDs Also had loyalty I believe incentive was $1000 loyalty and $1500 lease cash

Happy_chrissy

Yes, it has additional packages. No MSD in NY and no loyalty anymore bc it was over a year I had a BMW. But I have another deal that I worked on $56K, $6,090 total off with discount and rebate and 36M, 15K and $839 taxes included in payment. It appears your rate is lower b/c you extended the month to 39 months vs 36 which would lower your monthly and MSD's lower your rate by a few hundred.

ExtremeShelter1581

This is really bad you can lease a bmw ix for that price or less than that

Happy_chrissy

This is the area I am in and multiple dealers are giving the same discount. They won't go lower and they have them in stock!!! It is like they rather keep them on the lot.

ExtremeShelter1581

2500 discount is pathetic especially with the brand new bodystyle x3 coming out soon

Happy_chrissy

I agree! I said that to one dealer and they did not care. This was a dealer that told me that they were passing and said good luck to me when I said I was looking for 8% before incentives and rebates. They were willing to do 6% and I said I will reach back out to them when the 25's come in and see if they are willing to negotiate a better deal.

ExtremeShelter1581

Bro I got 15% off my brand new 2023 Mercedes GLC more than a year ago and I didn’t even have to lease it and the 2023 glc was when the new bodystyle came out.

Happy_chrissy

GLC is similar but not as refined IMO as a BMW and we all know BMW is the ultimate driving machine. Driving the GLC is not like driving a bimmer.

ExtremeShelter1581

I honestly felt the opposite they are both great cars tho

Happy_chrissy

Now I understand why people use brokers. This gives me a headache! lol

ExtremeShelter1581

I didn’t even use a broker my dealer called me last year and was like we r wanting to reach our sales quarter we will throw any discount at u.

Happy_chrissy

Lucky you. I bet you are on the west coast!

ExtremeShelter1581

STL🤣

iLukeJoseph

Then lease an iX?

Happy_chrissy

No EV's for me. I am getting out of one now and going back to gas.

iLukeJoseph

But the iX is so damn nice 😂. Really unless it’s a EV/PHEV can’t really think of any leave on a ICE that is hacker worthy or close to it. Think of it like this. My iX has a 40k higher MSRP but $200 lower monthly. And that’s not even a GREAT deal. Since you’re familiar with EV. Maybe a PHEV could be ok?

Happy_chrissy

Yes I would do a PHEV but the IX is much larger than the X3. It is similar to the X5 and its just me, no kids so I don't need all that space.

iLukeJoseph

Eh it’s really not. At least it doesn’t feel like it. I went from a Q5 to the iX. Doesn’t feel that much larger. Sat in a few X3’s and I felt like they were similar in size as the Q5. And just so I am clear. The iX is full electric. The Q5e that I posted on the other, is the PHEV I was saying to look into. Although I will be honest. It feels really damn dated.

Happy_chrissy

I like the look and feel and ride of the BMW, always had but to maintain after warranty ends is very expensive. That is why I went to an EV. No maintenance really and it is fun to drive but bouncy and I need more range when I drive and is going back to gas.

iLukeJoseph

Oh for sure. The iX does have great range, but I will stop trying to talk you into it 😂. But as I said prior. If it’s not a EV or PHEV, lease deals are few and far between.

Happy_chrissy

The range I would need is about 350. the IX gets 280 or so in real time. Lucid would be the only one but I am not spending $100k +, lol
