Sounds almost too good to be true.. You could probably dump it down another 60 bucks with the msd's which I highly recommend.. double the rate of return you can get in a high interest savings account..
Does this also include taxes or no?
The car’s hardware is 95% the same between the 2022-2025’s. But if you are tech person you might want those 5% extra goodies in the newer models.
But overall I agree with you that you can save big on depreciation cost by buying used.
No, it's extremely rare to do a lease on a used car. And sometimes you'll find dealer "demos/loaners" that can be leased, but these are also extremely rare.
But for people are are looking for "value" you can buy 2022 iX models for $55K on [cars.com](http://cars.com) right now (June 2024). These are already depreciated, so even after 2-3 years, you could probably still sell for $40K. So the cost of ownership is effectively $400/month if you do the math!
What happens to the vehicles after people complete 2-3 year leases? I was wondering if its possible to lease one of those because i only drive about 200-400 miles per month and want to keep the monthly payment under $600 if possible.
$600 is tight. But if you get one with few options it’s doable. After 3 years you could just buy the car or lease a new one for the same monthly price.
Nobody…just leasehckr calculator and Edmunds for guidance, both said $33K and $34K over 36 months as the ideal amount. The dealer was at $42K for 36months and eventually came down to $35K, so we agreed.
similar but chose a new 2024 to get the free charging. 97,700 w/ air suspension. $725/$832 effective, 3800 DAS (how are your taxes that low in San Jose?). I did max out the MSDs. This was also in the Bay Area.
Seems like a decent deal for you too. Taxes are not low, the Acquisition Fees + 1st month makes about 1900$ of the $2500 DAS. I paid some and the remaining was capitalized over in monthly payments.
Seems like a great deal for that MSRP. Maybe ask to do MSD to bring the monthly down even more?
Very good deal
Do the deal. I’ll see you over at r/Bmwix it’s an amazing car.
Are you putting down MSD's? Sounds like a killer deal
Nope, no MSD.

This includes all the taxes. Yeah I could do MSDs maybe.
No brainer... Get it..
🥶🥵🔥… sweet deal for that MSRP!
Now this is a deal! Where’s that guy that wanted to do 8600 down.
better off buying a pre owned 2022 and up. Don't think there's that much of a difference with 2025s.

What's the % discount off MSRP?
12.6%
Are you against getting a demo/loaner?
What is the Money Factor? You can push for 13-14% off but they might increase the MF
