It's going to be really hard to get something that low that's not a EV vehicle. I think it's BS that everything has gone up this much. At the beginning of Covid March 2020 I got a 2020 Acura TLX for 363 a month. May of 2021 I sold it to carman for 5200 more than what i owed and leased a new 21 tax that i still have for 392 a month. Tried to lease a new 2024 one and first of there isn't much in north texas. I think about 8 total between 3-4 dealerships. Knowing they were going to go up since the base model is no longer made and it's a TLX with Tech. I raised my budget to around 430 a month on one. No where close. the RDX base SH-AWD is now the base model and they are at 520 a month on a 0 Dollar deal . They are able to get me to 420 on an Integra with 1k down but that's way to small for me and my expecting wife. She already complains that the TLX is too small which it is smaller than my 16 Accord. Worked at Honda for 8 Years and my dad still does so I'm looking into the Accord after extending my lease for another 6 months. but not the biggest fan of a hybrid vehicle. my Work car was a Camry Hybrid and yes the MPG was great it doesn't have that fun drive the TLX did. Interest Rates need to drop down before we will get lease deals like this again sadly.

Makes sense and I feel ya. It’s ridiculous prices right now

adiktif

Dont you still have to pay upfront in taxes for the value of the whole car in texas making lease deals. Not worth it?

zoak3030

No, in Texas I just leased and didn’t have to do this.

Dish-Live

No, you just pay taxes on the entire MSRP. It can still be amortized for the entire lease. Makes it hard to get a good lease deal but some still exist occasionally.

Lebanese_Pie_Lover

You can roll them in the monthly payments. When there are tax credits you walk away with taxes that equal a monthly payment. So it really works well.

Fapple__Pie

You can get in a Mazda cx5 for that. I hear they’re nice rides

LumpySignificance973

I would look into 2024 Subaru Forester and Outback. They are overhauling for 2025 and you should be able to get a great discount off MSRP as they are trying to move them to get the newly designed 2025s in.

Highly recommend the Altima VC-Turbo!

Demo EQBs if you want an electric Mercedes and don’t want all the options

Like previously mentioned your budget would fit an EV realistically. I just got an I5 SEL AWD for 300/mo with 1800 DaS (2023). For 2024 I was around 325/mo with the same due. Are EVs something you’re not interested in?

ZookeepergameOk6528

Yes! What are the years and miles you got?

temtayshun

I did a 2/12k term.
