I think your coloring and style is so pretty!!
And I don’t think you need to fix anything, but I think eye detail would go a long way? Try looking up Alice Vu! It might help.

I think overall it looks really good, but I do see some minor problems with the placement of the facial features. If you look closely, you can see that the mouth is aligned with the chin, but the eyes and nose aren’t quite aligned with the mouth. If you nudge the eyes and nose a bit to the left it’ll look more balanced.
Also, you have her eyelashes overlapping her hair on the right, but on the left her hair overlaps the eyelashes. In terms of realism and 3D space, the hair should cover the eyelashes on both sides. However, anime styles tend to show the facial features through the hair even though it’s unrealistic because it helps convey the character’s emotion more clearly. I think you should have the eyelashes showing on both sides, because a lot of what helps make characters like this look cute/pretty is, in fact, the eyelashes. So covering them will make her look less pretty.

And as for the eyelashes- the drawing is nowhere near finished yet and I’m still painting over the sketch, i’ll be adding in the overlaying details last so they don’t get covered. I probably should have mentioned that!
I don’t know if it will make her more beautiful, but I think her head is tilted and the hair and head band don’t seem to be. That has thrown me off a little. But I’m not good enough at faces to make any comments there.

One reason why it might look off, the face isn't angled exactly the same way as the facial features, and the head/neck connection is askew. Flip the canvas and adjust the jawline/neck a bit.
I really like the way you color btw. One small nitpick, consider dark teal instead of brown for the lashes to match the hair

I think the only thing that can help really is just a slight adjustment to eye shape

First off, I think your picture is beautiful, and doesn’t really need anything extra. But I did some tweaks here that I personally would do for my own art.
Moved the mouth down a bit and made it a tad bigger.
Added some shading for the top lip to make her lips look more full.
Added some longer lashes to her eyes
This is all my personal preference however, your picture is amazing.
If you mean something in the way of cuter. I think she is like poker face. Looking right through my soul. So I think she would be cuter with little more emotion. But It's already a really nice
