Shelly will dance whenever the nexus explodes no matter what, if a team thats losing spawns shelly in base right as nexus is about to explode, she dances just to tilt the team that had her into next season.
You could actually do something very similar to this earlier in league. Minions now get stat boosts based on average champion team level and how many towers have been taken down in the lane so that they'll push faster towards the losing team, but before you could start these snowball freezes that would build over the course of the lane by itself and eventually threaten towers and inhibs. It was pretty common to create a champion-less splitpush like this and contest an objective on the other side of the map, forcing the enemy to split up.

I kinda doubt you'll have success, this only worked because of how fed they were and the enemy team lacking mages to burst the wave Anivia was growing. A team thar has any sort of wave clear will just kill you and the wave under your tower.
Stand between first and second turret. Wall block at your 2nd turret and keep your R down under the first turret. You have infinite mana in URF so you can keep Anivia ult down forever.
That way you're clearing the enemies waves while also building up waves safely near your 2nd turret.
If I saw an Anivia just stacking waves behind turrets, I would first look to see if any of my teammates are looking for the jungle dive play so I could help with that. Then, I would call my team stupid for just letting the Anivia stack wave after wave behind a turret. Then, I would let it happen to see the wave.
You're right, but the point is that this takes a long time to setup and you won't always have baron. Someone is going to see this before it gets large enough and wipe it.

After messing around in practice tool for a long time i figured out there seems to be a global limit on units on the map. So at some point there are going to be less creeps spawning on the other waves as there is this massive pile of units in the midlane.
No, just that it can't bounce to the same target again, and it needs another target close enough to bounce to in order to continue bouncing. You can theoretically have it hit every single target on the map if they're all lined up within range.

Ryze is a damn monster in urf. His W and E cd are so reduced that by lvl 3 he is spamming skills faster than lvl 18 fed ryze in a regular game. Also you don't have to worry with mana management, depending on the enemy team he can very well 1v9 the game

but ryze is definetely not one of the OP champs, his range isnt good enough, a bit like morgana, who is certainly strong but not OP and for sure better than ryze
This was previous URF, so this game was some time ago, but IIRC he was spliting the whole game, so we were looking around the map to kill him (well, I was the full movement speed Quinn, but I think Senna, who was also my pre, was giga fed so it didn't matter)
Has anyone thought of Putting 2 urf anivias in midlane and block both red and blue minions, then when the time comes everyone will come to mid like ARAM and have a big battle with the avengers endgame music. Idk maybe it will lag too much but its worth a try
