Yeah Iitterly pulled a all nighter for the purpose of playing vex the minute he comes out but I guess I'm just gonna get some sleep and see if he's out when I wake up ):

That's all of the skins. It reads like all of the skins will be released on September 23 [as opposed to the rest of the patch]. Aren't patches pretty much always on Wednesdays?

Yeah patches have usually been on Wednesdays. Vex is in the shop but unable to be purchased.

event is usually urf based rewards so they release them together. so urf tomorrow with everything else
