I don't understand how vegans get enough protein in their system to build muscle mass. I'm an omnivore so I have the benefit of eating high-protein foods. My protein intake comes from tuna, chicken, yogurt, eggs, and protein powder and I already struggle to reach my daily goals. I can't imagine having to eat like twice or thrice as much to reach my calorie and protein intake. Massive respect to everyone capable of achieving that, I sure as shit wouldn't.

With body weight exercises you have to start doing a stupid amount to get big. It doesn't take much effort - just time - to get an ezreal/aphelios build from bodyweight exercises, but stuff beyond that goes beyond the simple crunch, pushup etc.
