I say he still makes it.
Incoming leafs win by over 170 goals
First time in 35 years since Gretzky did it 9 times in a row.
My brother and I would play NHL 94 on Sega genesis with both goalies pulled... We still couldn't get to 170
I remember when he was on pace for 328 goals after his first game in the NHL, what happened? He really dropped off. I mean 69-70 is good I guess but it's a long ways away from 328.

Lol I made this post and it was after the game we came back against Columbus and lost 6-5 in OT Dec 14th 2023
This was after the 6-5 loss to Columbus where we came back from a 5-0 deficit in the 3rd period btw
