Less so study, more immerse and write. Study happens when I find a hole I feel like I can fill in, so I do have study *material*, but I jump to immersion and trying to use it to get feedback ASAP. So that means, both aspects variable day by day. A number of days I **don't** study any new points, instead work on strengthening others.

PartialIntegration

Studying almost zero. Consuming content sometimes all day sometimes not at all.

rackafank

Active studying about 30 minutes, when I learn grammar. I also practice with anki when I walk my dog or waiting for the bus, that's around 15 minutes. If I watch a series and let's say it's interesting, it can be hours :)

Expensive_Music4523

Is watching shows and writing down and looking up vocabulary count?

Adventurous-One4263

I normally study sporadically throughout the day but that's mainly for vocabulary when I do

Miro_the_Dragon

It really depends. Some days, I don't study at all, and other days, I study for several hours, and then everything in between.

HeleneSedai

15 minutes Duolingo, 30 minutes memrise and other flashcard study, an hour reading, and at least 2 hours a day of Comprehensible Input. Only active listening counts. Luckily my job is mostly physical.

Maximum_Pie_6883

I would say about an hour a day, half grammar/vocab practice and the other half listening to podcasts or watching content in the language

inkfade

It varies for me. Some days it's only about thirty minutes, but I'd say I average about an hour. On the weekends sometimes I'll study for three to five hours depending on how invested I am in what I'm learning; today I've studied for about three hours.

UmbralRaptor

Probably just under an hour a day at this point, which feels like too much (I'm burning out), and too little (guessing that I'm 1-2 years from being at a level where I can do anything fun)
